Friends of ISIB is an important part of the school’s foundation. The association is closely connected to the school and makes a valued contribution to the life of the school and our community. We encourage all parents to join the Friends of ISIB so that you can play a full role as partners in our school’s ongoing development and success.

The Friends of ISIB work as ambassadors for the school, and support the school in multiple ways: for example, helping to implement new initiatives, and providing assistance at events. The Friends of ISIB also organize and take part in fundraising events. Such fundraising allows extra resources to become available for the benefit of the school and our students. Furthermore, the association helps to promote the school on a local and regional level. In future, the association would also like to be a part of the local integration network for foreigners moving to Ikast.

The Friends of ISIB meet at an annual general assembly, at which the representatives for the board are elected. The association has four representatives and two substitutes on the school board.
